CarmaWay partners with organisations to support employees’ physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing through body-based and evidence-informed practices. By combining coaching with yoga and body-based practices, I help create healthier, more resilient, and more human work environments, where people can sustainably thrive, not just perform.
In today’s fast-paced and demanding professional contexts, many employees experience chronic stress, emotional overload, and difficulty maintaining balance. In addition, significant life transitions, such as parenthood and menopause, can profoundly impact wellbeing, energy levels, emotional regulation, and concentration at work, particularly when they are not openly acknowledged or supported.
My work addresses these challenges by offering practical tools that foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience, supporting both individual wellbeing and organisational health.
