About
The journey behind
CarmaWay
For more than ten years, I worked in international marketing and communications. Those years gave me the opportunity to experience the richness, complexity and pace of corporate life from the inside.
While I was deeply grateful for that chapter, I increasingly felt called towards something different: a path more closely aligned with my values, my curiosity, and my desire to support people's wellbeing.
As I embraced this new direction, life also brought unexpected challenges that became some of my greatest teachers. They showed me that we often keep moving forward while quietly disconnecting from ourselves, and that true wellbeing isn't something we find once life becomes easier. It is something we cultivate through the way we relate to ourselves, day by day.
Yoga, coaching and embodied practices became the tools that helped me navigate that journey. Over time, they became much more than professional qualifications. They became a way of living.
Today, CarmaWay brings together the insight I gained in the corporate world with the embodied practices that transformed the way I experience wellbeing and navigate change.
Self-care is not a luxury. It is one of the highest forms of love.
When we learn to care for ourselves with the same kindness we naturally offer others, we become more present, more resilient and more capable of caring for the people we love.
That is the legacy I hope to leave to my daughters, and the intention I bring into every coaching journey, yoga class, workshop and retreat.
I believe that lasting change
doesn't begin in the mind alone.
It begins when we reconnect
with our body, our breath, and
our heart.
The CarmaWay Method.
The body knows.
The breath guides.
Awareness transforms.
The CarmaWay Method is an embodied approach to wellbeing that brings together coaching, yoga, breath awareness and nervous system regulation.
At its heart is a simple belief:
Our body is constantly communicating with us.
Long before we can explain what we're feeling, our body often already knows.
Stress, joy, fear or uncertainty all leave physical traces in our breath, our posture, our muscles and our energy.
By learning to notice these signals with curiosity rather than judgement, we develop greater awareness, regulate our internal state and create the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.
The Wellbeing Wheel is one of the tools I use to explore the different dimensions of life: our body, relationships, work, rest, purpose, mindset and more.
Because wellbeing is never about one single aspect of who we are.
It's about understanding how everything is connected and finding greater harmony within ourselves.
Personal wellbeing.
I don't believe in quick fixes.
I don't believe wellbeing comes from constantly doing more.
I believe meaningful change begins when we create the space to pause, listen and reconnect with ourselves, with honesty, compassion and curiosity.
Whether we meet through coaching, yoga, a workshop or a retreat, my intention is always the same:
To help you reconnect with your body, your breath and your heart, so you can move through life with greater awareness, harmony and purpose.
A human-centred approach.
Technology is transforming the way we work. Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we communicate, think, and make decisions.
The more work becomes driven by technology, the more important our humanity becomes.
Self-awareness. Emotional intelligence. The ability to navigate change, regulate stress, and build meaningful relationships.
These are deeply human skills. They cannot be automated, outsourced, or replaced. And they have never mattered more.
At CarmaWay, I believe organisations thrive when they create space for people to develop them. Because creating a more human workplace isn't separate from performance. It's what makes sustainable performance possible.
Seeing the whole person.
My roots.
Raised between two cultures, I developed a natural curiosity, an openness to different perspectives, and a deep appreciation for diversity.
Alongside yoga, coaching and the people I have met throughout my journey, nature has remained one of my greatest teachers, and a powerful medicine.
It has taught me that nothing in life stands still. Every season unfolds in its own time, reminding us that growth cannot be rushed, rest has its place, and change is part of every living system.
Whenever life feels noisy, I instinctively seek the quiet of nature. It helps me slow down, regain perspective and remember what truly matters.
That quiet wisdom continues to inspire the way I live, the way I work, and the experiences I create through CarmaWay.
Professional training.
My work is grounded in professional training and enriched by continuous learning.
I believe wellbeing is an evolving journey, for myself as much as for the people I support.
I continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing education, research and practice, integrating insights from coaching, emotional wellbeing, neuroscience and embodied approaches.
